Detroit Red Wings goaltender Alex Nedeljkovic is in his second season in the Motor City, and he's taken to social media to make a major personal announcement. 

He and his wife Emma are parents to be, as they announced that they're expecting a baby boy: 

Nedeljkovic already melted hearts everywhere during Sunday's home game against the Anaheim Ducks, in which he taped a special message on his blocker to his mom that would be easily captured by the camera crew during a live segment with ringside reporter Emily Kaplan:
