Hopefully, the 2022-23 version of the Detroit Red Wings will be a vast improvement over the squad of last season that ended up being the worst in the NHL defensively. And with several new additions at all three positions on the ice made by general manager Steve Yzerman, fans have reasons to be hopeful.

Fans who attend home games at Little Caesars Arena now have a better idea of the in-game promotions that the team will be featuring this season, which will feature 25th anniversary celebrations of the 1997 and 1998 Stanley Cup winning teams.
